Three Horizons Appraisal was founded on a career rooted in hands-on estimating, independent appraisal work, and real-world claims experience. With background as a licensed insurance adjuster and certified appraiser across auto, heavy equipment, and catastrophe losses, our background includes establishing an independent appraisal and estimating practice in 2020, followed by continued work across a wide range of vehicle types, loss scenarios, and catastrophe environments.
In 2025, a new chapter began with relocation to New Mexico, carrying that experience forward into a focused, independent practice serving private clients, appraisal firms, insurance carriers, and repair facilities. While our base is now in New Mexico, our perspective is shaped by experience gained across multiple regions and claim environments nationwide.
This blend of experience—spanning body shop estimating, independent appraisals, and catastrophe deployments—supports practical, well-documented evaluations aligned with industry standards and insurer expectations
